It is recommended that consumption of oily fish and therefore least once a week - who say that doing so can prevent the development of eye diseases when we get old.
British scientists conducted a study that was specifically designed to examine this issue. It was established that the regular consumption (at least once a week) of fatty fish red decreases the probability of having vision problems beyond the age of 60 years by 50%.
They also found that only the red fish, like tuna, salmon, mackerel, have the ability to protect the eyes.
