Fish Protects Our Vision


These days, when millions of people spend most of their days in front of the computer and the pressure on the eyes is really extreme, it's time to listen to doctors' advice. It is recommended that consumption of oily fish and therefore least once a week - who say that doing so can prevent the development of eye diseases when we get old.


British scientists conducted a study that was specifically designed to examine this issue. It was established that the regular consumption (at least once a week) of fatty fish red decreases the probability of having vision problems beyond the age of 60 years by 50%.
They also found that only the red fish, like tuna, salmon, mackerel, have the ability to protect the eyes.
